Shipping policy

SHIPPING AUSTRALIA

• FREE EXPRESS shipping on orders above $100 (AUD) Australia wide.
• Standard shipping is $7 flat on orders under $100 (AUD) Australia wide.
• Express shipping is $10 flat on orders under $100 (AUD) Australia wide.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

• FREE International shipping on orders over $160 (AUD).
• International shipping in Oceania: $15 (AUD) on orders under $160 (AUD).
• International shipping rest of the world: $25 (AUD) on orders under $160 (AUD).

To ensure there are no surprises or extra costs down the track, we use an international duties calculator that adds your country’s duties & taxes upon check out if any are owed according to your country’s threshold. These costs will need to be paid at checkout in order to proceed with your delivery. Once paid at checkout, there will be no further costs when your package arrives at its final destination.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays. Orders that are placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders placed Monday – Friday (before 1pm) are dispatched within 48 hours. There may be slight delays during public holidays, sale periods and shipping delays due to Covid-19 that are beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email.

Australia-wide deliveries may take up to 3-7 working days, depending on location. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days of being dispatched, please email sophielb@petitmousse.com so we can follow this up for you.

International orders may take roughly 2 weeks, depending on the location. Some hard-to-reach destinations may take longer. If you have not received your order after 21 working days of being dispatched, please email sophielb@petitmousse.com.au so we can follow this up for you.
