Refund policy

At Petit Mousse, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, so our returns and exchange policy has been designed to be as easy as possible!

Not completely satisfied ? Change of mind ?

〰️ We accept refund and exchange under certain conditions, within 14 days after the date of purchase. The product shall be returned to Petit Mousse in its original condition, unworn and in the original packaging. Please be mindful that most of our products are hand-made and of fragile nature and must be packed with care.

〰️ If you have changed your mind, that's okay. It has happened to everyone ! We're happy to refund and exchange.

〰️ If breakage has occurred (which can happen !), we will be more than happy to help you fix , remake, exchange or refund. A refund will not be given if the item has been damaged by the user (easily visible). Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted. 

〰️ We do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons

〰️  For any return or exchange, please download our return form below and place it in the parcel. Pleases note that return shipping, taxes and duty costs will at the customer's expense and original shipping costs will not be credited nor applied to exchange product.
